We work closely with the day to day business within Range & Supply. We are currently looking for 2 People & Culture generalists to join us!

You will work operationally with a wide range of P&C-assignments, supporting and coaching managers and co-workers regarding HR-policies, recruitment, introduction, salary reviews, competence development and other areas within HR. You are part of the co-worker experience team, which consists of Generalists, Specialists and Recruiters and report to the Team Manager for P&C Generalists. You...

• work with end-to-end P&C services covering all aspects of the employer life cycle – from recruitment to exit.
• secure operational excellence in implementing and maintaining P&C processes, working methods and legal requirements in your defined part of the business
• support in attracting, recruiting and maintaining talents based on business needs and facilitating competence flow inside and cross business units
• work with the Range & Supply competence agenda and activities connected to it. 
• lead and coordinate P&C-projects and initiatives where we want you to contribute and deliver within the P&C-field.
• act as a cultural role model in ways that demonstrate the IKEA values.

We are looking for you who together with us want to bring people and business together and ensure that we are an excellent place to work and develop. You are able to work independently and are motivated in finding new assignments and setting your own agenda, as well as collaborating in a team environment with your peers as well as stakeholders throughout the organization.  

You have a few years of experienced within HR or relevant field and you are fluent in both spoken and written English.

You demonstrate reliability, honesty and integrity in interpersonal relations and feel comfortable in developing our ways of working. You establish trust and effective working relationships. You have strong communication skills and you share your knowledge as well as you are curious and eager to learn more. You are structured and organised with a hands-on approach - you make things happen. 

The passion for people and business is obvious and you are used to working in a complex, constantly changing, international environment. 

We are looking for 1 permanent position and 1 temporary position during 1 year. Both are located in Älmhult, Sweden. Älmhult has excellent commuting possibilities with hourly trains to Malmö, Lund and Växjö and an IKEA shuttle bus back and forth to Helsingborg three times in the morning and three times in the afternoon.
