IKEA Industry is the world’s largest producer of wooden furniture. Four production units in different locations represent IKEA Industry in Russia. The vacancy for “HR Manager” has arisen in IKEA Industry Tikhvin, a production unit representing the full Supply Chain (Forestry, Sawmill, Components and Furniture production). The unit employs 1100 co-workers, with a sales turnover 3 billion Rubles (47 M Euro).

As an HR manager, you are responsible for driving the People agenda in the unit and actively contribute to business development.Together with the local management team, you create an environment where IKEA Culture & Values is a strong and living reality. You lead the HR team, ensure that the global HR strategies are locally translated into action in the most efficient way.

Your assignment:

• You proactively work in partnership with all the business unit functions, ensuring the People strategy and a local HR action plan are operationally implemented;
• You influence the management team to continuously develop Leadership, to work together on Talent management, Diversity, Building competence and Work environment;
• You support and challenge the line managers to secure the implementation of the agreed People goals;
• You ensure that IKEA Industry Tikhvin is locally known as a Great Place to Work and positioned as the preferred employer in local market.

Your profile:

• You have an extended experience in Human Resource Management and business partnering;
• You are a strong communicator able to build trustful relationships, with an inclusive leadership style, ambassador of IKEA Values;
• You strive to a continuous development of HR area, initiate improvements
• Business-minded, with sense of urgency and readiness for change, structured approach;
• Fluent in Russian and English.
