We are looking for an ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT with responsibility for the Solution Architecture aspect within the R&S Digital – Architecture & Technology function at IKEA of Sweden.

We are looking for an enterprise architect for the aspect solution architecture to join and strengthen the group of enterprise architects in our Architecture & Technology function at R&S Digital. 

The Enterprise Architect is a key position to guide and support the transformation of the R&S Business Solution landscape that enables the future growth of IKEA. To lead the architecture agenda to ensure that R&S Business Solutions always are relevant for our customers, co-workers and suppliers. To manage sustainable and trustful relations with internal and external key stakeholder to secure holistic architecture leadership and collaboration.

The Aspect Solution Architecture is all about designing the future solution landscape of IKEA. To determine the “high level” solution design across solutions in the solution landscape and to guide the “low level” solution design and govern the implementation. Provide in-depth expertise about solutions, technology and their implementation at IKEA.
The purpose of the Architecture & Technology function at R&S Digital is to be the main R&S partner in the IIG IT Strategy development. To lead and execute R&S technology direction in line with IIG IT Strategy and business priorities. To secure a relevant and efficient R&S solution landscape today and tomorrow, through architecture frameworks and standards. To lead matrix assignment for architecture roles, together with R&S Digital People & Culture. To explore and evaluate business opportunities from new and existing technologies and support adoption in line with IKEA strategies

The position will be a member of the R&S Digital - Architecture & Technology function and report to the Enterprise Architecture team leader. Location; Helsingborg or Älmhult

The assignment 
•    Lead and manage the Solution Architecture aspect agenda throughout the competence community together with a competence network of appointed solution architects from all R&S business units.
•    Responsible for providing holistic architecture steering, guidance and support in the transformation of the R&S business solution landscape in the aspect
•    Responsible for the development and management of architecture framework, standards and reference architecture in the aspect
•    Responsible for competence development, working methods, tools and learning offer in the aspect.
•    Responsible to perform compliance reviews (assessments), i.e. review deliverables against standards, principles and guidelines, contribute to identify and resolve concerns and define recommendations.

If you in addition have deep understanding and experience from agile frameworks, lean and agile ways of working and tools throughout the digital development process you are most likely the right candidate.
