We are looking for Business Analysts within Solution Area Plan and Balance Sales & Supply in Business Solutions Supply 
 
Do you want to play an important role in securing that our products are available to our customers exactly when and where they choose to buy them? Do you have the ability to influence and interact with strong stakeholders?
 
Then, how about this challenge? 

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for business solutions management across IKEA, developing new business solutions and keeping existing solutions relevant and running.

You have the end-to-end accountability for Requirements Management, Solution Evaluation, and Quality Assurance. You shall also be supporting project management in setting up a business analysis approach that is appropriate for the chosen project approach. Support business architect in creation of business blueprint and managing dependencies relating to processes, information and solutions.

You are responsible for Support with definition and validation of high level & low level design for business development activities (project & releases) in cooperation with the solution architect and vendor resources.
 
We are currently looking for two Business Analysts within the following area of Plan and Balance Sales & Supply Solution Area.

1.    Business Analyst within Need and Capacity team that will be responsible for the applications mainly DSP Fulfillment. Business Analyst also expected to support other JDA Applications within PBSS area like SCM (Supply Chain Matrix) and ESP (Enterprise Supply Planning). All this applications are built on JDA Software.

2.    Business Analyst within Sales and Demand team that will be responsible for the applications mainly Demand, PCM (Product Change Management). Demand application is built on JDA Software and PCM is home build solution based on .NET.

Solution Area PBSS is a part of Business Solutions Supply at Supply Chain Development. The role of Business Solutions Supply is to:

Deliver competence to support and develop business solutions.  
Have an end to end accountability for solutions, enhancements and projects. 
Manage one agreed and steered business solutions agenda in Range & Supply.

With business solutions we mean the tools we use to run and develop our business supported by information technology.

Business Solutions Supply consists of approximately 200 co-workers based in different legal units globally all across Range & Supply. We have our main hubs in Älmhult, Helsingborg and Malmö (IKEA of Sweden AB), Dortmund (Distribution Services GmbH), Pratteln (IKEA Supply AG) and Warsaw (IKEA Purchasing Services Poland).
