The role of the supply process is to buy, produce and distribute the IKEA range at the lowest total cost, making high quality available to the customer under good social and environmental conditions. IKEA Purchasing Area South East Asia has co-workers based in Ho Chi Minh City, Bangkok and Jakarta; and is one of nine Purchasing Areas in the world.

Are you a curious quality specialist? Continuously looking for solutions and ideas on how to support business teams and suppliers in the IKEA Quality standard and its implementation process? Lead projects in extra ordinary situations to secure products are delivered with right performance? Train and verify compliance according to purchasing manual; and contribute in developing and improving working methods in the engineering/quality field? We are looking for you who have a strong drive to make things happen together with the teams and suppliers working with the IKEA range in our South East Asia - Quality Compliance Team.

Your assignment comes to develop competence and capabilities, support execution in our business team and verify compliance against requirements, standards and ways of working to deliver products satisfying customer expectations in all aspects.

Expectation on Capabilities and Motivation;

• You have strong background in Quality field, experience in Quality Tools is an additional value.
• You have good communication skills, with ability to facilitate and present Quality related topics.
• You have analytical and ability to make conclusion.
• You have leadership capabilities, coaching skills and work through others.
• You are a good team player and work with others, ability to build network.
• You are a Self-motivated person, work independently with minimum supervision.
