IKEA Industry Malacky Flatline was established 1999 and is producing plastic foiled bathroom furniture, wardrobe doors and living room fronts which supplies globally to IKEA stores. The unit currently employs around 400 co-workers.

• Manages, plans and coordinates team of maintenance electricians
• Responsible for maintaining technical conditions of allocated machines
• Analyzes and evaluates technical failures of machines
• Creates and updates preventive maintenance plans
• Develops members of his/her team
• Responsible for budget control and maintenance costs optimalization
• Makes improvements proposals of machines to provide down time reduction

What distinguishes you:

• High school or University education of Mechanical, Electrical or related field.
• Electrotechnical school is an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing machine maintenance at least 3 years.
• Experience in CNC machine control, PLC and ROBOT preferred.
• Knowledge of Electrical, Software and Mechanical preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and problem solving skill.
• Good computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to communicate in English written and spoken.
• Must be able to communicate in Slovak written and spoken.
• Experience of leading team of technicians is an advantage.

• Monthly base salary for this position is 2000 Euro, but the ammount will depend on experience, skills and seniority of the candidate
