Administrator, Business navigation & Administration team

Job Description

As an Administrator, your responsibility are:

  • To secure and improve office operations routines and procedure, secure safety and security matters for office in order to make a great place to work
  • Contribute to budget and cost management of office administration that support co-workers in their daily needs in effective and efficient way
  • Meet & Travel agenda such as to establish, update and communicate rules and guidelines to those who need information, monitor travelers' safety matter and promote safe and cost efficient travelling
  • Contact person to manage relations with external parties, securing legal compliance with health and safety regulations and service with quality
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required in the scope of office operation, meet & travel and safety & security both site and regional level
