About the job

The organization gives daily support and coordination of customs declaration-related matters. Within the customs department, the work consists of ensuring that the goods that we in Europe import customs correctly to all our Distribution Centrals and some stores within the EU.

About the assignment

As a Customs Support, you will secure efficient and effective handling of incoming documents and certificates. That involves control and register, scan and archive the documents and certificates. You will also administrate claim handlings related to missing certificates. Within this assignment, you will be in contact with different IKEA Units and authorities.  

About you

We believe that you have/are:

• Experience/Started your education within the field of customs, logistics or supply chain
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, eg Excel
• Fluent English both written and verbal
• Basic knowledge in Swedish
• Work Permit in Sweden
