Qualifications

About the role

IKEA Retail Experience has the assignment to secure a successful, consistent, and relevant IKEA experience across all customer meeting points that are developed together with Core Business Range & Supply and all IKEA franchisees in order to create a common and unique IKEA way to engage our customers and offer them relevant services

In Customer fulfillment we have the task to secure a unique and relevant offer of last mile fulfillment solutions, adaptable to local needs.

As the Commercial Fulfilment Offer Leader for IKEA Retail Experience you will: 

  • Develop principles, guidelines, examples and tools for how the IKEA range is reaching customers’ homes from all customer meeting points, enabling instant gratification and securing a successful & low cost customer fulfilment operation.
  • Responsible for leading and managing a menu of last-mile fulfillment solutions and equipment for existing and future meeting points.
  • Identify and define concept and business requirements to safeguard the IKEA Concept and the IKEA Brand in the context of “last mile delivery”.
  • Lead, facilitate and support development activities which create unique competitive advantage through maximizing IKEA’s supply chain in the meeting with customer creating business impact across IKEA.
  • Secure that sustainability is designed, integrated and enabled in all last mile solutions supporting IKEA to become circular.

About you

  • You are passionate and curious about the assignment of Core Business Franchise and motivated by the role. You’re a down-to-earth team player who is eager to take initiatives and achieve results with people. We also believe that you have a combination of the following knowledge, capabilities and motivation:
  • You have extensive knowledge and experience from commercial last mile operations in international global retail companies.
  • You have well developed strategic and analytical skills and are able to make complex tasks and processes understood and actionable.
  • You have a good understanding of how global trends and developments can impact IKEA. You are able to navigate and lead in a complex, unknown and fast-changing environment,
  • You have a proven track record of interdependent leadership- leading business agendas. You are capable building trustful and sustainable relationships with stakeholders, business partners and franchisees.
