Plan and Balance Sales & Supply (PBSS) 

PBSS is one of the IKEA way of working core processes in which we are developing existing and future ways of working with Sales-, Demand-, Need- and Capacity planning and how to balance those plans. The overall purpose with PBSS is to secure that we purchase what we have planned to sell, and that we sell what we have purchased. The PBSS process team is today located in Älmhult, Sweden and in Pratteln, Switzerland.

Job Description

We are looking for a RPA developer ready for a big challenge. 

As a RPA developer you will be supporting the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) agenda for the Plan and Balance Sales & Supply core process within IKEA Range & Supply, by execution of the decided RPA roadmap and as well actively contribute to the RPA strategy. This is a fairly new area for us so you will have good opportunities to influence both the roadmap and our way of working with RPA.  

You will be part of the central RPA function and will be responsible for the delivery of a given process to be automated. You will design, develop, test and support the Robotics solutions and to ensure that the robots are stable and that the benefit realizations are met. For this to happen you will need to collaborate with both process leader/developers, solution area and relevant business functions. Furthermore it will be important to align the concept of RPA to all affected stakeholders, for a successful journey! You will spend much of your time supporting the organisations to understand the benefits of RPA and being a great ambassador, so you can help them achieve their business goals. 

Qualifications

•    Experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g. NICE, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
•    At least 2 years of professional experience in programming (including scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development
•    Knowledge and understanding of the IKEA processes and organisations
•    Strong knowledge and practical experience of development (gather, understand, prioritise, develop, implement)
•    Proven analytical, organizational and change management skills, including education and training.
•    Experience in agile working methodology
•    Fluent in English, any other language is an asset

You can work with operational and tactical issues, while keeping focus on customer need.
