Job Description

The role as Service Operations Owner will be the main responsible for our relations with the different partners we have within the area of Integration and Infrastructure delivery.

You will handle all aspects of IT Service delivery of the assigned IT services. This includes management of service operations, execution of life cycle management, IT Service performance in accordance with service level agreements, management of supplier operational delivery and budgets/follow up for the assigned service(s).

You will be responsible:

  • To lead the end-to-end delivery of running IT services for the assigned service(s).
  • To establish internal and external agreements as required to fulfill SLA for the assigned service(s).
  • Responsible to manage the budget and forecasts, follow up cost development and secure improvements in cost efficiency 
  • To secure fit for purpose infrastructure architecture and design for the assigned service(s) in cooperation with e.g. solution owners, solution architects, IT architects and vendors. Secure that continual improvements of the assigned service(s) is driven within the same value chain.

You will also contribute in relevant governance forums, steering groups and forums connected to the solution area. Responsible for planning, follow-up and communication of IT service related activities for the assigned service(s), e.g. deployment execution, monitoring and reporting and activities within availability and capacity management.

Qualifications

As a base for your motivation and inspiration you have a great interest in the many peoples life at home. Your stakeholders is both internal and external. You are strong in managing relations and build trust, and know how to work through the networks you have. You are solution oriented, good in finding new ways and you are passionate about IKEA, our vision, business idea and values. Preferably you have experience from a similar role at IKEA.

Furthermore you have:

  • Good knowledge of vendor and contract management
  • Solid knowledge of Information Technology and IT service operations 
  • Good knowledge of integration and infrastructure management    
  • Good knowledge of cost management
