IKEA Älmhult AB is a new company within Inter IKEA Group with a unique role. One important assignment is to support the positioning of “IKEA in Älmhult” and the development of Älmhult as an attractive and great place to work, live and visit. It is a great opportunity to be contributing in building up the capabilities and organization of this new company.

We work in a project organization and in the role as Project Leader your assignment will be to lead and support ongoing projects in IKEA Älmhult AB. Based on agreed project directives you should create a complete, well understood and agreed project plan including a work breakdown structure, time plan and resource assignments.

In collaboration with core businesses in IIG, you will analyse and define the current and future needs in specific projects within the scope of IKEA Älmhult AB. You will lead the development, propose how to work, lead and organize to best perform and secure the identified needs.  

You have a great set of leadership, communication, analytical and project management skills. You possess strong drive and ambition to contribute in to the IKEA Älmhult AB assignment. You like the dynamics of a changing and evolving business environment. This will give you the unique possibilities to lead your work and to grow as a professional. You demonstrate a high level of energy to realise and exceed goals with collaboration with your colleagues and stakeholders.
