Right now we're looking for a 3D Model Business Manager, someone who can lead, manage and develop the 3D model business. That someone who can strengthen our leadership to take the next step of the development of 3D and be a partner in the roadmap for the overall 3D Communication Business Strategy.
 

In the role you will:

• Lead, manage and develop business and people together.
• Accountable for leading the 3D Model department according to set business strategies and execution of actions, including follow up.
• Accountable for the delivery of 3D models and textures within the agreed frames (quality, time, budget).
• Accountable for the assignor relation and collaboration with IKEA of Sweden and other stakeholders.
• Responsible for sales, cost budget and performance evaluation, in close collaboration with assignors and co-workers.
• Responsible for optimizing the production by the development of lean processes, production methods, tools and driving innovation within the area.
• Recruit, develop and secure the succession of co-workers within the business and create conditions for the continued development of 3D competence.
• Responsible for developing an up-to-date external network of production partners and sourcing of external resources.
• Secure knowledge within the function of future trends and the development in the industry.
• Demonstrate leadership by example in ways that express the IKEA values within and outside IKEA operations.
• Collaborate & Support the 3D Communication Business Strategy & Roadmap within the 3D Communication Management Team.

To be successful in this role, we think you have:

• Good understanding of 3D model & image production, 3D/VR/AR development or equivalent field an advantage.
• At least 3 years’ in managing, leading and developing a diverse range of people and experience in managing client/stakeholder relations.
• Familiar with planning and budget management.
• Good communication with fluent English, both spoken and writing.
