The Business Solutions Range & Supply assignment is to manage and develop business solutions for Range & Supply. A business solution is the combined offer of working methods, IT services and associated learning. The Business Development group supports the Business Solution Areas in a number of specific areas of competence, including Solution Ownership.

We are now looking for a Developer in the area of Solution Ownership, with extensive experience as a Solution Owner, preferably within BS R&S, and the drive and motivation to develop this function into the future.

The Developer in the area of Solution Ownership supports solution ownership as an area of competence across BS R&S. You will share your in-depth knowledge, developing ways of working and tools, driving a solution ownership development agenda in order to support the Range & Supply organisation in delivering performance by providing relevant business solutions.

More specifically your assignment includes:
• Chair the Solution Ownership Competence Network, driving Solution Ownership as an area of competence at BS R&S, securing a core set of common, working methods & tools
• Represent Solution Ownership in the BS R&S level Way of Working Group
• Represent Solution Ownership as a single point of contact on BS R&S level
• Owner of and ambassador for the Solutions We Love concept at BS R&S
• Drive continuous improvement within Solution Ownership across BS R&S e.g. identify & support the spreading of best practice
• Drive the tactical Solution Ownership competence agenda on BS R&S level, in collaboration with the Solution Area Managers
• Drive the strategic Solution Ownership agenda at BS R&S, identifying potential in how to develop our ways of working in the mid-to-long term, as well as the impact on SO competence

You will report to Niall Coghlan, Business Development Manager. Your location is likely to be in Southern Sweden (Malmö, Helsingborg or Älmhult.

To be able to see the long term development needs within the area of solution ownership you need to have deep knowledge of solution ownership within a business solutions environment as well as its processes. You need to have a great understanding in methods, tools and ways of working both in theory and practice. You are motivated by the needs of the many users of our business solutions across Range & Supply.

You have a drive to develop and improve the solution ownership capabilities and processes based on your deep understanding of the business. You like to support the organisation delivering performance in solution ownership and are motivated by working across functional, organisational and geographical boundaries, to develop, influence and renew people and business.

You are an excellent communicator who can engage people and are able to manage stakeholders on all levels across the organisation. You have an easy way of building trustworthy and strong relations across the organisations with stakeholders in different positions. You can engage people as an influencer but also in a coaching and mentoring way.

Business Solutions at Range & Supply consists of approximately 290 co-workers based in our main hubs in Älmhult, Helsingborg, Malmö, Dortmund, Pratteln and Warsaw.

We manage and develop solutions by working with our users to continuously improve our solutions, but also by running development projects and initiatives. Roles in our organisation include Solution Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager and Solution Architect.
