We are looking for a Project Manager that can lead our business development projects within the Business Solution Food.

IKEA Food is on a digital transformation journey, building a completely new digital eco system for the food business. This includes IT solutions to support product creation, range assortment, product information channels, sales and supply solutions and much more.

The assignment
•    Lead and manage a project team comprising of a mix of Project & Business Professionals
•    Report to the Project Steering Group about the project status and recommending direction and decisions.
•    Working with and adhering to the Business Solutions Range & Supply project framework and approved methods and tools used for Project Management
•    Plan and organize project according to IKEA decision model and applicable delivery methodology
•    Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and line organization
•    Manage people by designing appropriate organization and deploy competence, staff acquisition and ongoing team development
•    Manage stakeholders by identifying stakeholders, planning for stakeholder management and following up on engagement
•    Manage communication by plan and distribute relevant information to stakeholders, perform project reporting
•    Manage risks by identify, mitigate, monitor and control risk
•    Manage procurement and vendor relations within project with support from internal purchasing organization and follow up on performance and deliveries from vendor.
•    Manage change by supporting stakeholders in preparing receiving organizations, learning and communication activities

•    Be able to influence a wide range of stakeholders 
•    Be a confident and strong communicator sensitive to people’s different needs
•    Have experience of leading global projects

The Project Manager will join the Project Management Team within Solution Area Food, IKEA Business Solutions Range and Supply. 

IKEA Business Solution Range & Supply, a part of IKEA of Sweden, deliver expertise in business development as well as securing the running business. We empower our co-workers, customers and suppliers with the right solutions to optimise the customer experience and contribute to a growing IKEA. We consists of approximately 290 co-workers based in different legal units globally all across Range & Supply. We have our main hubs in Malmö Älmhult, Helsingborg, Dortmund and Pratteln. 

IKEA Food, a part of IKEA of Sweden, develop and provide food, sold and served in IKEA Restaurants, Swedish Food Markets and Bistro´s in 48 markets. Among our Retail Partners there are 18.000 food co-workers serving 640 million food visitors in the IKEA stores around the world.

The Position is located in our central Malmö offices, 2 minutes from Malmö C.
