IKEA Range & Supply has the responsibility to develop, design, produce and supply IKEA stores with home furnishing solutions available to the many people. Each year IKEA Range & Supply introduces 2,000 new products in the IKEA stores. The total range is almost 10,000 products.

IKEA Range & Supply is now setting up a global project with the goal to design and implement a single intuitive system that supports the employment journey. The aim of the project is to develop the HR operations service capacity and capability to deliver first class employee experience which meet service requirements and strategic needs of the HR model.

We are now looking for a Change and Communication Leader supporting our Digital HR Transformation within Range & Supply.

You will lead the change and communication agenda for the Digital HR transformation aiming to change and modernize the HR landscape and ways of working within Range & Supply. Working closely with R&S process owners you will ensure the adoption of the new ways of working and the communication enabling the change process. You will lead the local change and communication responsible in the local country implementation teams. You will report to the R&S Compensation & Benefits manager. 

ABOUT YOU

As a person you have excellent skills in communication and facilitating dialogue about change. You have a proven record and know-how of working with effective adoption and change management. You are passionate about building high level of impact and influence with critical stakeholders. You value a mix of strategic, tactical and operational dimensions and you are a true ambassador of IKEA culture and values. 
For this role we believe you have a minimum of 5 years of experience and relevant knowledge about communication and change management. You have experience from a global project and/or matrix organization. It is an advantage if you also have some knowledge within HR policies and practice and leadership experience. 

ABOUT THE JOB

You will

  • Support development of a change management strategy and communication plan (IIG) 
  • Plan and support all change activities connected to the Digital HR Transformation in the Range & Supply organization 
  • Secure communication for all target groups according to the plan
  • Support Project Managers and deployment leads in developing the change management plan to ensure a successful Digital transformation and benefit realization. 
  • Support organizational readiness for all units in the transformation 
  • Anchor the solutions and new ways of working in the R&S organization
  • Be and act as an ambassador for the new ways of working and new solution

The role requires some travelling from time to time to meet and build relations with our different business teams.

Älmhult has excellent commuting possibilities with hourly trains to Malmö, Lund and Växjö, and an IKEA shuttle bus run back and forth to Helsingborg two times a day.
