We are now looking to recruit a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for Category Area Textiles to join our exciting journey!

As HRBP you are member of Category Area Textiles Management team and you report to Category Area Manager. You work in a global environment and is speaking partner to all our leaders placed in our different locations, mainly Sweden, India, China and Turkey.
 
As HRBP for Category Area Textiles, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop, implement and secure quality within all people processes and by that secure excellence in operation
  • Act as a strategic partner to CA Manager and the Category Area management team within all people related topics                                     
  • Support the organisation in the translation of identified business needs in to concrete competence needs and actions
  • Systematic work with competence development and competence flow within the CA, Purchasing Development and IKEA
  • Contribute in the development and building of strong and efficient management and business teams
  • Constantly keep an ongoing dialogue about IKEA Culture and Values and IKEA Leadership capabilities
  • Contribute to the Global HR agenda, engage and take lead of different initiatives with impact on the overall organization

Is this your next challenge?

In order to be successful in this role, you need to have experience of HR/Competence Management tasks, preferably 3-5 years as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner. 

You have a passion for developing business and people together and know how to guide the organisation in the translation of business needs into concrete competence actions. You will work in a global multicultural business environment and have a big interest to understand different cultures and behaviours and by that support the organisation to lead in a remote context. You need to have high integrity and being able to build strong working relationships.

You have experience of working with a strategic agenda and are able to make it happen through leaders in the organisation. You are good at combining strategic and operative tasks and you make things happen.

This is a permanent position based in Älmhult, an inspirational working environment, based on creativity and innovation, which gives you the opportunity to work and interact with people from all around the world. The role requires some travelling from time to time to meet and build relations with our different business teams.

Älmhult has excellent commuting possibilities with hourly trains to Malmö, Lund and Växjö, and an IKEA shuttle bus run back and forth to Helsingborg two times a day.
