IKEA Range & Supply has the responsibility to develop, design, produce and supply IKEA stores with home furnishing solutions available to the many people. Each year IKEA Range & Supply introduces 2,000 new products in the IKEA stores. The total range is almost 10,000 products.
We are looking for a Transformation Manager to lead our Digital HR Transformation within Range & Supply.
ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT
IKEA Range & Supply is now setting up a global project with the goal to design and implement a single intuitive system that supports the employment journey. Overall, the position will develop the HR operations service capacity and capability to deliver first class employee experience which meet service requirements and strategic needs of the HR model.
You will lead the digital HR transformation globally with the aim to change and modernize the HR landscape and ways of working within Range & Supply. You will lead the central project team supporting the local country implementation teams. Working closely with R&S process owners you will ensure we meet out ambitious HR agenda. You will report to the R&S Compensation & Benefits manager.
ABOUT YOU
As a person you have a strong business mind with excellent skills in communication, negotiation and conflict resolution. You are passionate about delivering service excellence and you build high level of impact and influence with critical stakeholders. You value a mix of strategic, tactical and operational dimensions and you are a true ambassador of IKEA culture and values.
For this role we believe you have a minimum of 10 years of experience and relevant knowledge about program and solution management (ways of working and IT).You have experience from a global matrix organisation and senior management experience from country level or equivalent. It is an advantage if you also have some knowledge within HR policies and practice.
You have solid understanding of delivering to strategic initiatives translating into bottom line results and a track record of guiding large IT deployments from evaluation all the way through deployment and adoption at scale to thousands of users. You have a proven record and know-how of working with effective adoption and change management.
ABOUT THE JOB
You will
- Be responsible for driving development programs and projects within Digital HR and secure harmonization and standardization together with global process owners
- Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and line organisation
- Develop best practice expertise to ensure ongoing development of service delivery models and concepts
- Set up a solution area within Range & Supply that covers target operating landscape for HR IT solutions (Life Cycle Management and the Operation (run) of the Solutions, business continuity)
- Ensure a high quality of end-user experience by developing multiple channels of HR service access
