Job Description

Safety First in IKEA Industry is very important. In the work with continuous improvement towards a safe production we have a need for a standardized way of working with corrective and preventive actions. We have decided to develop a process and solution for Incident and Accident handling using the Service-Now platform. The development and the solution is ready for implementation.

For this, we search for two resources that can lead the implementations, with support from the central EHS and the project team. It will be 1 year assignment, with a possibility of another year.

The implementation starts in September at a pilot site. The learnings from the pilot, we will bring with us into the implementation in the remaining units. The solution will then be implemented in all units within IKEA Industry, latest during FY20.

The main scope of these positions includes to:

  • Lead the project within set frames as agreed with the steering group
  • Co-ordinate the implementation according to the agreed scope 
  • Support dedicated project teams from IKEA Industry factories, with the implementation of the solution.
  • Train selected local groups in the process and solution
  • Continuously communicate the progress of the project

Qualifications

Today you are working within EHS or have previous experience from the area and are looking for a challenge with personal development and a possibility to expand your network. You are a good organiser and have interest in training others. In the assignment that preferable starts in September 2018, you will be a vital part of the pilot together with the central team. After the pilot you will create a concept for the remaining units and continue to lead the implementation.

  • Are pro-active in sharing information, knowledge and experience
  • Can communicate (written and verbally) in English
  • Have high self-drive and at the same time ability to work in a team.
  • Have pedagogic skills and experience

The assignment includes traveling (~50% of the time) to our different units.
