Business Analyst – Project & Range Management team - Solution Area DPOP, IKEA Business Solution Range & Supply

We are looking for a Business Analyst to help understand our future needs in the area of Project & Range Management at IKEA of Sweden.

You will be part of the Project & Range Management team within Solution Area DPOP in Business Solutions Range & Supply, which today consists of 13 co-workers and approximately 10 solutions. 

Our assignment, in short, is to develop user friendly business solutions that support project and range management at IKEA of Sweden.

You will be a part of an exciting development agenda for the Solution Area, while IKEA is entering new interesting markets which requires us to re-think the way how we communicate and collaborate about our products. You will do this by working together with the team, business process and matrix representatives, IT suppliers and other functions in the IKEA family.

As a Business Analyst you will mainly work with the following:
•    Set up a business analysis approach and plan, to support the selected business development activities
•    Elicit, analyze, challenge and document business needs
•    Assure quality and traceability of stakeholder needs and business requirements
•    Manage requirements throughout its lifecycle
•    Support the evaluation of solution alternatives and business acceptance
•    Support the creation of solution related learning offer

To be successful in this role you need to have:
•    Experience in business analysis and requirements engineering
•    Good at facilitating, planning and managing workshops and activities
•    Good at identify, analyze and challenge business needs
•    Have good understanding of working in agile environments

We work in an international environment which could lead to some travelling but primary location for this assignment is Älmhult.
