Company Description

As a Quality Coordinator you will be part of the Internal Services department, which is responsible to support the core business with crucial job/work place and business related services. This department is also responsible for development of Operational System and Continuous Improvements.

Job Description

As a Quality Coordinator you will:

  • support the quality of the Internal Services & securing the compliance of the services provided
  • always have the legal compliance in mind when creating new ways of working
  • support to develop & maintain the Operational System (system used for uploading documents)
  • secure document handling of procedures and document our processes/workflows
  • support the Quality Service Manager in the work of Continuous improvements and give input to efficient tools and working methods.
  • plan, document and lead internal audits
  • maintain and develop the Operational System in Internal Services
  • secure the document handling process
  • support and lead the work of mapping our processes/workflows
  • support and lead the work with Continuous improvements (e g 5S, deviation handling e t c)
  • follow up set KPI’s by gathering statistics and create reports
  • be a role model for the IKEA culture and values

Qualifications

To be successful in the role of Quality coordinator you should have:

  • basic knowledge within services offered in Internal Services 
  • extensive knowledge of working with Process mapping / Workflow mapping
  • Six Sigma knowledge and Black Belt preferably
  • ability to plan and make internal audits
  • excellent administration skills
  • good knowledge of Quality Management System and Continuous improvements
  • good knowledge in English, both spoken and written
  • structure & Tidiness
  • strong ability to meet set deadlines
  • experience and knowledge in Continuous Improvements
  • quality and Continuous Improvements
  • understands and shares IKEA values
  • service-minded personality
  • structured and pro-active approach
  • ability to suggest implementation of improvements
  • team-player personality
  • fluent in English, both written and spoken. Preferably you have skills in Swedish
  • good computer skills with excellent knowledge in MS Office
