Right now we are looking for Deputy Commercial Manager to join our Business Area Cooking, Eating and Decoration.

The Business Area Cooking, Eating and Decoration fills the IKEA touch points with inspirational home furnishing accessories. We develop products for cooking and baking, for table setting and eating, as well as products for decorating your home and creating a personal and relaxing atmosphere. You will be part of our motivated and diversified team joining us on our exciting journey towards creating products we (and our customers) love!

ABOUT THE JOB

The Commercial team in Business Area Cooking, Eating, Decoration collaborates across Home Furnishing Businesses (HFBs) and all retailers to maximize growth, profitability and positioning of the business.

We create pre-requisites for a unique and relevant offer and an inspiring and successful meeting with the consumers and customers in all touchpoints.
The Deputy Commercial Manager leads the areas of sales/range and product communication in the Business Area together with the Commercial Manager and the Commercial team.
• You lead business and people together, being responsible for a specific area and leading parts of the Commercial team in the Business Area.
• You contribute with turning the consumer and market insights into input to the HFB Plans.
• You lead sales and range and product communication processes.
You create the pre-conditions for all retailers to position, communicate and sell a market relevant offer in all channels (different store formats, e-commerce, social medias)
As Deputy Commercial Manager you are member of the All Leaders team and you report to Commercial Manager in the Business Area Cooking, Eating , Decoration.

ABOUT YOU

We believe that you have a strong capability to lead, communicate and influence business and people in in a global business environment.
• You have strong leadership capabilities and experience, being able to lead business through highly skilled co-workers.
• You have deep understanding of retail landscape and You contribute to create business and brand positioning with long term goals
• You have ability to combine strategical, tactical and operational tasks. 
• You have experience in Retail and Communication (product and range), experience in online business is an advantage
• You have excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

The position is permanent and located in Älmhult, Sweden. Älmhult has excellent commuting possibilities with hourly trains to Malmö, Lund and Växjö and an IKEA shuttle bus back and forth to Helsingborg two times a day.
