Right now we are looking for a Communication Business Partner for our Purchasing & Logistics Category Area Food, situated in Malmö, Sweden.

As a Communication Business Partner you will be a strategic and tactical partner to the business, securing communication strategies and implementation of business-driven communication. A big part of your assignment is to lead, develop, implement and support a variety of internal communication projects. You will also act as a bridge between the Business Area, Category Area and the Purchasing & Logistics Communication matrix in order to take the lead in co-ordinating and securing that important assignments and communication needs are passed on and anchored within all IKEA Food stakeholders.

A closer description of the job

  • Supporting management teams in Supply chain Food and Category Area Food.
  • Lead content planning and change management of implementing the new IKEA Food Supply chain.
  • Identify main business topics and messages.
  • Identify main movements within the area of communication.
  • Assess business needs and develop communication solutions to meet those needs.
  • Contribute to and deliver global strategic actions for communication.
  • Oversee the development of a total information landscape including all channels.
  • Secure the availability and execution of communication-related training activities.
  • Develop and contribute to a shared communication agenda across IKEA organisations.
  • Contribute to content planning and lead development for all supplier communication,
  • including the new launch of Supplier portal.
  • Coach and support co-workers and managers in communication – locally and globally.
  • Work closely with IKEA Range & Supply Press Office to secure good media relations.
