About the Job:

Within a specific office within Purchase & Logistics Area:

Contribute to growth and profitability for Inter IKEA by ensuring office administration matters in the
safest, most cost efficient, simple and effective way and by monitoring the needs and compliance to policies.

About the assignment:

For a specific office within Purchase & Logistics Area:

  1. Responsible for optimal and efficient services.

  2. Secure administrative routines are simple, communicated and monitored.

  3. Lead & Secure safety and security matters connected to the office.

  4. Support the co-workers to understand and apply office routines.

  5. Lead & implement secure compliance with the Risk Management, Safety and Security, Information Security and Data Privacy agenda for the offices and co-workers.

  6. Lead, implement and maintain a robust internal control framework in the Business Navigation &
    Administration area with the aim to manage risks and opportunities.

  7. Ensure local insurances and implementation of policies are covering assets and relevant risks to safeguard Inter IKEA Group assets and employees.

  8. At any time, act as an ambassador of Inter IKEA values.

About you:

-Deep knowledge of local office administration related regulation.

-Deep understanding of Inter IKEA Code of Conduct.

-Good understanding of accounting and budgeting routines.

-Good understanding of Inter IKEA Safety & Security requirements and routines.

-Good Negotiation skills.
