Job Description

  • Lead the APL work for the non-compliant Quality work flow in the local team in cooperation with global QSC teams to develop the agenda for deviation handling, propose priorities and goals in line with the Quality for Life Strategy and Supply Strategy

  • Responsible to follow up Product and Supply Quality performance in cooperation with all parties involved in the non-compliant work flow by using basic tools to achieve goals and determine opportunities to improve the customers quality experience

  • Accountable to lead and set the standards for the Supply and Product Quality coordinators and secure to anchor work flow frame documents and tools successfully in the region

  • Lead and actively steer the personal and professional development and recruitment and succession planning of Product and Supply Quality coordinators to secure a sustainable and well anchored competence growth process

  • Lead and inspire co-workers to maximize utilization of Product and Supply Quality coordinators competencies to use better ways of working, processes, frameworks and tools

  • Lead and support key stakeholders to develop high competence about the global operational Product and Supply Quality work flow to secure a common working process

  • Part of the regional QSC management team thereby contributing to the total development on IKEA non-compliant flow process regarding better way of working, frameworks and tools and promoting learnings from experience and sharing of good practices

Qualifications
