IKEA Range & Supply has the responsibility to develop, design, produce and supply IKEA stores with home furnishing solutions available to the many people. Each year IKEA Range & Supply introduce 2,000 new products in the IKEA stores. The total range is almost 10,000 products.

Job Description

The Range & Supply Compensation and Benefits function supports IKEA in being the employer of choice and a great place to work so we can attract, recruit and retain talents, enable competence flow and support the growth of our business. As Compensation & Benefits Mobility Specialist you will lead the implementation of Inter IKEA Group mobility approach in Range & Supply and keep track of the practical implications.

About the assignment

  • You put Inter IKEA Group framework on Assignment type packages in Range & Supply context.
  • You are the Hub for mobility questions at Range & Supply, connecting Inter IKEA Group with HR team in Range & Supply.
  • You hold the expertise of the assignment type packages and you identify improvements. 
  • You monitor the whereabouts of the pool of international co-workes and support your HR colleagues with information on status of their assignments.
  • You secure that supporting tools and templates are up to date and relevant.
  • You set the governance for approvals.

About you
We believe that you have a proven track of experience from a similar role and you have been working with assignment focused on international mobility for several years. Good knowledge of related HR processes and ways of working (eg. international recruitment, performance management etc.) is a must. Former experience from managing small-sized projects is considered as asset. 

As a person, you pride yourself on strong customer service and you work well together with IKEA colleagues from all around the world. You possess strong verbal and written communication skills – you can convey complex mobility guidance in terms that are clear, professional and concise. You need to have strong integrity, be business oriented and you excel at building strong working relationships. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
