About the job
The digital infrastructure on which the co-createIKEA is build is crucial, it is the platform and foundation and the enabler to scale co-createIKEA to be available to many people. In all parts of co-createIKEA there is a need for digital tools to make our business and co-creation happen across the world.

The digital infrastructure part of co-createIKEA works to translate the business need to relevant digital tools. The aim for all digital tools is to develop scalable and agile solutions, that are flexible and meeting the business needs of today and tomorrow.
As a Digital Development Leader for co-createIKEA you will:

• Lead, sustain the continuous development and implementation of the co-createIKEA digital eco-system (tools, capabilities) to deliver to the goals of co-createIKEA
• Secure that the co-createIKEA eco system is scalable and adjustable for the business needs of today and tomorrow
• Lead to secure that all initiatives and projects are delivered to the plan and budget
• Lead and manage the digital vendor (internal and external) relationships
• Identify future digital needs and roadmap to sustain a healthy thriving co-createIKEA digital eco-system in connection to digital Innovation
• Create and sustain our ways of working for digital development in co-createIKEA along with the leadership team of co-createIKEA Set up, maintain and develop a fruitful collaboration with key stakeholders (IKEA businesses, development teams, strategic partners, suppliers etc.)
• Lead, set up, maintain and develop an internal and external network of people, organizations, companies and other stakeholders
• Enable and manage the Interface -"get the connection and make it work" to business solution, and other relevant stakeholders

About you

This role requires excellent communication skills and the capability to translate the digital language and concepts into something easily understood by the general public. You are driven by the opportunities within digital innovation to create a positive impact for the many people and the IKEA business.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Good business and, strong digital and IT business development knowledge on operational, tactical and strategic level
• Knowledge on conceptualizing, proof of concepts and exploration in technology
• Broad Knowledge on IT Architecture, interaction design, web development, data analytics and vendor management
• Understanding and knowledge of IKEA Supply and Retail organization
• University degree or equivalent knowledge acquired elsewhere
• Good knowledge and understanding of digital development and innovation
• Knowledge of co-creation processes, methodologies and ways of working, preferably within Product development
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
