About the Job:

Within a specific Purchase & Logistics Area:

-Contribute to growth and profitability for Inter IKEA by securing office administration matters in the
safest, most cost efficient, simple and effective way and by monitoring the needs and compliance to policies.

-Inspire and empower team and co-workers to perform to the best of their abilities and
continuously develop in their assignments.

About the assignment:

For a specific Purchasing & Logistics Area:

Secure preconditions are in place to fulfil compliance in the area of Administration in accordance to
agree working methods described in Financial Manual, internal and external regulations.\

  1. Based on global way of working, give clear guidance on what must change or be improved, capturing good practices and ensuring consistency cross office.

  2. Responsible to secure risk management connected to local offices (e.g. Safety & Security). Implement and secure local compliance with the Risk Management, Safety and Security, Information Security and Data Privacy agenda for the offices and co-workers.

  3. Responsible for the travel risk management; such as travel insurance, visitors safety etc.

  4. Ensure a highly effective and cost-efficient office administration that supports co-workers in their daily needs.

  5. Establish and manage the administration cost budget for her/his area of responsibility; continuously uses resources in an optimal way to secure business goals.

  6. Manage relations with external authorities in cooperation with other IKEA units, securing legal compliance with Environment, Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

  7. Lead the Administration Team; Responsible for recruitment, development, performance management, retention and succession plans for co-workers directly in her / his team.

  8. Lead and facilitate the Cost budgeting process and the Cost allocation frame work.

  9. Develop, consolidate and perform the cost and head count reporting and forecasting.

  10. Implement and maintain a robust internal control framework in the Business Navigation & Administration area with the aim to manage risks and opportunities. Ensure local insurances and implementation of policies are covering assets and relevant risks to safeguard Inter IKEA Group
    assets and employees.

  11. Secure and provide efficient administrative support to all business units and employees with IT,
    Travel service, car service, reception etc.

  12. Lead initiatives to improve common ways of working and create solutions together with other member.

  13. Coordinator for the country Crisis Management Team: support the site manager to conduct periodic meeting and crisis drills.

  14. At any time, act as an ambassador of Inter IKEA values and Role Model for Fact-based Business
    leadership

About you:
