The Strategic Dynamic Marking (SDM) Program is a Business Development Program running on appointment from the Strategic Innovation Council. The program will develop new, innovative business capabilities that add IKEA value within the areas printing and handling of local compliance marking. The scope also includes innovating technical product communication solutions for the future.
 
We are now looking for a Change Leader to map and coordinate stakeholders, put efficient interaction and communication in place and to lead change across the board.

Job Description

As a Change Leader you will be responsible for:

 - Setting up and executing stakeholder analysis
 - Devising and executing a change and communication plan.
 - Lead change activities, where needed
 - Be the main point of contact and key communication for program activities, e.g. open innovation challenges.

This is a temporary assignment for 2 years.

Qualifications

To join us in this mission, we believe that you have a good IKEA business understanding and a strong ability to influence across a multitude of areas.  You are passionate about creating the best prerequisites for change, to develop the IKEA business.  You have a strong background in and a proven track record of change management and you have led change in a complex, multinational environment.
