The Strategic Dynamic Marking (SDM) Program is a Business Development Program running on appointment from the Strategic Innovation Council. The program will develop new, innovative business capabilities that add IKEA value within the areas printing and handling of local compliance marking. The scope also includes innovating technical product communication solutions for the future.

Right now we are looking for three Packaging Administrators to join Strategic Dynamic Marking Program at IKEA of Sweden.

Job Description

As Packaging Administrator you will be instrumental to processing and analysing product documentation, for packaging and handling material, in our product information system PIA. You will work together with the Development Leader Packaging to define the best ways to collect and summarize a decision base material, for deciding on packaging adaptions needed and for devising automation for handling and printing the IKEA range.

This is a temporary assignment for 2 years.

You are service minded and have a supportive and flexible personality.

To be successful in this role you need to have:
•    A passion for administration, detail, accuracy and business support
•    Strong organizational skills and logical thinking
•    Understanding of technical writing and documentation
•    Good knowledge in Microsoft Office package, in particular Word and Excel.

Älmhult has excellent commuting possibilities with hourly trains to Malmö, Lund and Växjö and an IKEA shuttle bus back and forth to Helsingborg two times a day.
