The Business Area runs many product development projects and is now looking to find a Project Controller with great ability to lead and develop how we work with Project & Range management in our business!

Right now were looking for our next Project Controller to join us at Business Area Living room & Workspaces, at IKEA of Sweden.

As Project Controller, you will be responsible for setting up project plans and communicating to relevant stakeholders. You will proactively steer the product development projects in accordance to agreed processes, budgets, kpi’s and time plans. You will be responsible for project management tools, connected administration and for the range change process in the team. You will lead the long term planning as well as operational questions of range management.

Furthermore you will be responsible for the administration and execution of the range in our internal project management system and for creating awareness, understanding and communication of range management year cycle, business rules and working methods within the team. You will also contribute to the development of working methods and working tools in the matrix.

You have the ability to analyze, draw conclusions as well as the ability to understand how decisions and process impact the totality. You take initiative; having the courage to question and challenge. You are capable of facilitating meetings and come to decisions and of engaging people by creating a passion for objective plans and processes. Furthermore you have strong communication skills and the ability to create confidence and build relations. You are self-motivated, team player and a goal- and delivery oriented person with a passion for details.

IKEA of Sweden is a truly global environment, with colleagues from all over the world and you therefore need to be fluent in English. 

This position is temporary for two years, and located in Älmhult, Sweden.
