Job Description

Internal Services is responsible to support the core business with crucial job/work place and business related services. Site & Logistics are responsible to secure that the daily operation and internal logistics is working in an efficient way and that our exhibition areas, meeting rooms and workplaces are in shape as new. In our team, we are 12 dedicated persons who make life easier for the people in our work areas and exhibitions.

Right now, we’re looking for a Team Manager to join and support our team in order to improve our everyday life at work!

About the assignment

You inspire, lead and develop the team to secure that the assignments are done in time, to agreed quality and to lowest possible cost:

  • Staff planning, on daily basis and long term
  • Responsible for the achievement of the goals
  • Provide information about plans and results to co-workers and explain their overall importance
  • Lead, develop and implement new working processes, routines and systems within Maintenance 
  • Support co-workers with their development
  • Actively work with Quality Management System and Continuous Improvements
  • Be a part of the development of our logistics systems and flows

About you

To be successful in this role you need to have passion for people's everyday life at work:

  • You have a proven experience in leading business, processes and people within an environment with lots of logistical aspects
  • Deep knowledge and experience from working with logistical flows 
  • Knowledge from doing goods flow analyses and planning
  • Experience of working with logistics flows of food and beverage is an advantage
  • You have good knowledge of Quality Management System and Continuous improvements
  • You have strong understanding about change management, including how to tailor communication effectively to create awareness, engagement and impact 
  • You have good computer skills with excellent knowledge in MS Office
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
  • You of course, share all our values

You are passionate about doing the best for the business in order to actively work for cost efficiency. You are structured, methodological and have ability to understand team dynamics and relationships. You have ability to think strategic, tactical and operational. You enjoy to lead by example and develop both business and people.

This is a permanent position located in Älmhult, Sweden. Älmhult has excellent commuting possibilities with hourly trains to Malmö, Lund and Växjö and an IKEA shuttle bus back and forth to Helsingborg two times a day.
