About the job:

• Daily work with invoices, invoice control, accounting

• Organise payments and correct bookings of invoices

• Reconciliation of cash & bank on a regular basis

• Consistently monitor and report accounts payable/ receivable and create and follow-up
  consistently accruals, provisions & prepayments.

• Securing needed cash-flow

• Responsible for accounting and reporting, in compliance with local regulations

• Coordination of financial audits and controls/inspections conducted by state authorities

• Responsible for payroll related accruals (holiday pay, bonus, salary, etc.)

• Close cooperation with Chief Accountant

• Preparation of timely and accurate monthly management accounts and share with the Chief
  Accountant

• Supporting the preparation and review of the annual budget and bi-monthly forecast with
  cooperation of Financial Controller

• Preparation of VAT tax returns including the invoice matching, corporate income tax, benefit
  tax etc., responsible that submission of all required documents will always be on time

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in area of accounting

• Good level of English

• Advanced user of MS Office – MS Excel

• Knowledge and experience in area of reporting and local legal demands and tax regulations

• Enjoy working with details and comfortable working with routines

• Constantly look for ways to improve and simplify ways of working

• Applied knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles

• Self-motivatedand take initiatives

• Able to work both in team and independently

• Able to analyze complex and make logical conclusions
