We are now looking for an Information Manager to join our Range & Design team. The team’s main task is to lead the implementation of Range and design strategy for IKEA and is overall responsible for range performance end-to-end. 

You will be part of the RD&D management team and report to the Range & Design Manager.

About the assignment
As Information Manager for Range & Design you will develop and lead the overall internal communication agenda using communication as a strategic tool for leading business and people together. The communication agenda will involve eg. Our strategy, sub strategies, initiatives, competence development or events. You will also influence our external range communication agenda.

• You structure and organise communication processes to secure an effective information flow to both Matrix and stakeholders inside/outside IKEA Range & Supply. 
• You plan and deliver effective communications, create materials and execute communication activities, providing relevant, simple and inspiring messages. You choose the right channels to reach your internal target groups. 
• You coach, advice and support leaders to inspire, to clarify and to enable change. You drive the change management agenda during the setup, you create interest, understanding and engagement by using communication as a strategic tool. 
• You coach, advice and support leaders to plan and deliver the most effective, appropriate communication as well as to strengthen their leadership.
• You lead, develop and execute communication from our strength - the range, our identity. Products we love!
  

About you
To be successful in this role, we want you to have several years of experience from developing strategic communication, preferably for a complex global organization. You have a history of successfully combining strategic and operative communication tasks and naturally you have strong skills in creating communication content. It comes naturally to you to utilize both established and new communication channels. And you naturally explore the latest technology with a great portion of curiosity and sound business sense.

You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships as well as to influence and challenge. You have strong interest in home furnishing and, perhaps the most important part, you always, always have the customer in mind in all that you do!
