About you

We are looking for someone with experience of setting Finance action plans, identifying and evaluating business opportunities to enable Inter IKEA organizations to make optimum decisions, as well as supporting managers. • Good financial knowledge (University degree in Economics or corresponding knowledge).
• At least 5 years of working experience in accountancy in an international corporate environment.
• Deep knowledge of market specific conditions and macroeconomics trends.
• Understanding of country-specific financial legislations.
• Deep knowledge of controlling, budgeting and reporting & general accounting principles.
• Ability to prioritize and perform on an operational level with great attention to details.
• Ability to ensure conformity with routines, compliance and legal requirements.
• Constantly look for ways to improve and simplify ways of working.
• Good Negotiation skills
• Highly motivated to lead people & competence development

About the job

• Establish and monitor the overall cost frame, forecast and result.
• Monitor and report Headcount.
• Responsible for bi-monthly operational and legal reporting in the nominated Inter IKEA tools of Actual and Forecasted Costs.
• Provide first level of insights for all business units and managers related to their Cost Centre responsibility.
• Secure preconditions are in place to fulfill compliance in the area of Administration in accordance to agreed working methods described in Financial Manual, internal and external regulations.
• Responsible to secure risk management connected to local offices (e.g. Safety & Security) and travel.
• Ensure a highly effective and cost-efficient office administration that supports co-workers in their daily needs.
• Lead the Administration Team; Responsible for recruitment, development, performance management, retention and succession plans for co-workers directly in her / his team.
