Assignment:
The role as Business Intelligence Leader within the IKEA BUSINESS team is to create a knowledgebase for IKEA about the B2B market, customers, competition and other relevant stakeholders. You will be responsible to collect all needed information and explore future business opportunities to enable IKEA to target business customers.

Tasks and responsibilities within assignments:
- Responsible for the development and implementation of market research and relationship to business intelligence and external consultants related to the B2B market
- Responsible for all briefing processes for IKEA BUSINESS to Business Intelligence and external consultants in close cooperation with the Global team
- Responsible to analyse customer and market data to support decision making process, compiles and deliver business intelligence reports to relevant end users and prepare presentations
- Responsible to establish a structured way to collect business customer data and insides and build up an internal knowledge database
- Contribute to all initiatives and projects within the IKEA BUSINESS team with valid data and information professional way
- Be an active partner, coach and facilitator for the IKEA BUSINESS strategic approach

To be successful in this role you need to have:
- Strong knowledge, experience for the complete furnishing solution and business customer needs for all customer segments
- Good understanding of the Global Market intelligence processes, offer and available data and information
- Significant and proven experiences with both qualitative and quantitative state of the art research methodologies
- Ability to multi-task and be proactive and independent in a dynamic environment

As a person we believe that you are a team player and you have genuine interest in the B2B furniture market. Strong desire to create trustful relationships across functions and passion for details, combined with an ability to see the big picture. You are able to facilitate creative and innovative processes, you have a strong excel skills, PowerPoint as well as basic database skills. You have a great communication and presentation skills verbally and written in order to build relationships with all levels of co-workers both internal and with external partners. You are flexible and responsive to changing work patterns and demands and throughout and methodical approach to work together with the ability to “think outside the box”.
