SOLUTION OWNER - SOLUTION AREA FOOD – IKEA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS RANGE & SUPPLY

IKEA Business Solution Range & Supply, Solution Area Food is looking for a Solution Owner who will join our team supporting the expanding IKEA Food business.

IKEA Food is on a digitalization journey, building and transforming a completely new digital eco system for the food business. This includes developing and implement IT solutions to support the Food Supply chain and integrate towards solution for product creation, range assortment, product information channels, sales solutions and much more.

As a Solution Owner you will work in the heart of the exciting journey of IKEA Food´s digitalization.

Your assignment as a Solution Owner is to ensure that the users of the solution have a relevant, user friendly and reliable solution that helps them achieve their business objectives.

You will:

• Be accountable and lead the solution business development plan, continuous improvements and its roadmap, release management, life cycle management and the operation of the solution(s), business continuity and business support.
• Manage key stakeholder expectations and maintain Super user network
• Manage budget for the assigned solution(s) and optimize internal processes
• Lead/participate in governance forums for the solution and vendor management and relations
• Secure established working methods and documentation for the solution(s).
• Responsible for solution compliance with rules and standards (e.g. information security) and legal/regulatory requirements as well as adherence to relevant delivery process standards.
• Secure competence development and training related to your solutions

The Solution Owner has the best overall knowledge within IKEA of the solution and the domain it supports

To be able to succeed in the role you need to have a great leadership capabilities and good general understanding of the IT landscape within Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

You probably also have:

• understanding/experience of IKEA and in general a supply chain.
• Knowledge or experience from ERP system, Business Intelligence and also integration platform.
• Previous experience running and maintaining corporate IT solutions and Service Transitions of competence, organizational responsibilities and contracts.

You are enthusiastic, driven, structured and determined, and act as a role model for the IKEA values. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trustful relationships. You have also a desire to share knowledge and develop people and competences for a better IKEA. We think that you have an ability to influence and experience of leading other people i.e. working through others or projects. You will network with people both internally and externally.

The Position is located in our central Malmö offices, 2 minutes from Malmö C.
