We are looking for a Material Learning Project Leader to join our team!

Job Description

As our new colleague and Material Learning Project Leader, you will within the scope of Category area Wood & Fibres be responsible on a end-to-end on creating and developing the educational offer for internal stakeholder at IKEA. You will develop and implement clear ways of working with stakeholders, content owners and contributors across category area functions and other IKEA units in order to enable simple, effective and efficient learning solutions for today and tomorrow. In this role, you will report to Engineering & Quality Manager at Category Area wood & Fibres. .

Your main responsibilities as Material Learning Project Leader are:
- Develop, create and implement the content around Wood & Fibres materials for an educational package. Including learning solutions, Material Library and other CA channels/activities
- Support the Category Area by developing the material based knowledge from the Engineering & Quality matrix, into receiver oriented learning concepts and contents
- Identify and create practical learning activities in line with education package.
- Contribute to an open, informal, transparent and inspiring way of working with knowledge sharing and learning development (cooperating with competence development owner/communication owner/content owners and contributors in the Category Area, Categories, HFBs, Product Development teams, etc.)


Qualifications

We believe that you have a understanding of Wood & Fibres materials, their characteristics and basic understanding of production processes. You are a strong communicator with a very good ability to build relations, and with a passion and interest for materials, quality and learning concept. You are creative, you want to improve and develop things. You have experience in Project management, leading projects and driving the content production with a receivers’ perspective. As a person, you are structured, you lead your projects to the end. Since IKEA of Sweden is a truly global environment, with colleagues from all over the world, you need to be fluent in English.

Additional Information

The position is located in Älmhult, Sweden but with a global responsibility. Älmhult has excellent commuting possibilities with hourly trains to Malmö, Lund and Växjö and an IKEA shuttle bus back and forth to Helsingborg two times a day.
