Solution Owner in Solution Area – Performance & Follow Up, IKEA of Sweden.

In the Solution Area Performance & Follow Up, Business Solutions Range & Supply, we develop and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. The BI solutions provide our internal IKEA customers with information that is used to support their decisions in the daily work, aimed to move IKEA forward.

The mission of Business Solutions is to connect People and Business with Information Technology (IT) and develop and maintain user friendly Solutions by being the link between Business and IT.

As a Solution Owner within the Solution Area (SA) Performance & Follow Up you will lead and secure optimal utilization of existing IKEA BI Solutions and support development of Business needs within the area of Performance & Follow Up.

Your assignment is to;

• Specify the Business requirements and lead the development of your appointed BI Solutions together with your Business and IT stakeholders
• Deliver/maintain your appointed BI Solutions according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Be the reference person for your assigned BI solutions in different forums and projects
• Be the speaking partner for the IKEA Business when it comes to your BI Solutions 
• Create learning and communication material for your appointed BI Solutions

To be able to succeed in the role you need to take own responsibility, use your strong leadership capabilities and preferably have knowledge within the Business Intelligence and/or Data Warehouse areas as a user or as a developer. You have a passion for user-friendly and maintainable Business Intelligence Solutions targeted for the needs of the IKEA Business.

You are motivated to work as a link between IKEA Business and IT and you are enthusiastic, driven, structured and determined. You act as role model for IKEA values and you have good communication skills and the ability to build trustful relationships.

Business Solutions Range & Supply, Solution Area Performance & Follow Up is based in Älmhult and Helsingborg. This position is primarily located in Älmhult. However, if preferred by the candidate, localisation in Helsingborg might also be possible. The position will require some travelling, mainly between these two locations.
