About the job
Provide administrative and planning support in a wide scope of topics. Managing a full agenda and setting priorities.

Examples of responsibilities
Meet and travel arrangements – board meetings, management meetings, one-on-one meetings and events. You secure that meeting material is on the right level, shared and that practicalities are in place.
Agreements and finances – you make sure to have the right background information for documents to be signed and handle invoices and expense approvals.
Communication – you write, check and follow up with people. Whether it is a product idea for IKEA, a customer complaint or a media event, you connect people, direct them to the right point of contact. You work together with other colleagues to secure good content.
Your own development – you are in charge of your own development and get involved and lead projects on various levels. You take the lead in certain topics and follow through.

A few more details for you
This is a 32-40 hour position (can be discussed) and is located in Delft, the Netherlands. You will report to the CEO Assistant. This position requires occasional travel.
