Purchasing Area North Europe is one of total of 9 Purchasing Areas within IKEA, and our co-workers are based in Älmhult, Dortmund and Kaunas.

Purchasing & Logistics Area North Europe is currently looking for Production Engineer based in Kaunas office. As a Production Engineer in Filled team you lead the engineering and quality agenda with the overall goal to improve the customer satisfaction. You are the main contact towards the suppliers and work as part of the business team together with the supplier to develop and secure the production process, handling of quality deviations and secure compliance with all IKEA requirements.

Have a background in engineering, quality and production development; preferably, you also have an engineering education and 3-5 years of working experience. Since we are working in a global context, you need to have good communicative skills and speak English fluently.
