IKEA Range & Supply has the responsibility to develop, design, produce and supply IKEA retail channels with home furnishing solutions available to the many people. Each year IKEA Range & Supply introduces 2,000 new products in the 400 IKEA stores and other multichannel touchpoints around the world with the turnover of 20,5 BEUR.

Job Description

As Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Manager you will lead and secure C&B agenda for IKEA Range & Supply and you will report to the People Manager of IKEA Range & Supply. You will lead the implementation of compensation and benefits guidelines in Range and Supply and prepare for and execute decision made in RS Renumeration Council.

You will be actively engaged in securing total offer for our co-workers in R&S as well as being in the lead for total R&S calibration concerning salary and IPE structure. Delivering R&S routines securing training and communication for these areas will be one of your responsibilities as well as leading Compensation and Benefits aspects related to International mobility and implementation of new mobility approach.

To enable our ambitious plans you will be responsible for developing, implementing and follow up of projects based on the R&S People plan. Have a joint responsibility for developing, implementing an follow up the HR agenda in R&S as a member of the R&S People Management team.

Furthermore you will be responsible for:

  • Developing Inter IKEA Group approaches, frameworks, toos and ways of working in connection with the C&B area.
  • Take the lead in identifying potentials for business improvement, new opportunities and business risks.
  • Challenge with the intent of improving existing solutions and processes.
  • Managing, leading, developing and coordinating the C&B agenda across the organisation.

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role you need to have several years of experience of the HR Compensation & Benefits area and preferably an academic degree in HR, business, finance or equivalent. We believe you have a passion for people as well as a curiosity in the future of business development, along with proven organisational and interpersonal skills. You are a strong communicator and have the ability to simplify complexity and to influence others to act as change agents on your behalf. You are a true networker, who builds strong and trustworthy relationships and feel confident in managing and leading cross-functional teams effectively. With your influencing ability to secure commitments with people throughout the organisation.
