We are looking for a Project Controller to join us on our exciting journey!

About the assignment
As Project Controller, you will be responsible for setting up project plans and communicating to relevant stakeholders. You will proactively steer the product development projects in accordance to agreed processes, budgets and time plans. You will be responsible for project management tools, connected administration and for the range change process in the team. You will lead the long term planning as well as operational questions of range management.

Furthermore you will be responsible for the administration and execution of the range in our internal project management system and for creating awareness, understanding and communication of range management year cycle, business rules and working methods within the team. You will also contribute to the development of working methods and working tools in the matrix.

We believe that you have project leader experience, leading both bigger and smaller projects. As a person you have the capability to lead and drive through others. You have the ability to analyze, draw conclusions as well as the ability to understand how decisions and process impact the totality. You take initiative; having the courage to question and challenge. You are capable of facilitating meetings and come to decisions and of engaging people by creating a passion for objective plans and processes. Furthermore you have strong communication skills and the ability to create confidence and build relations. You are self-motivated and a goal- and delivery oriented person with a passion for details.

IKEA of Sweden is a truly global environment, with colleagues from all over the world and you therefore need to be fluent in English. The position is permanent and located in Älmhult, Sweden. Älmhult has excellent commuting possibilities with hourly trains to Malmö, Lund and Växjö and an IKEA shuttle bus back and forth to Helsingborg two times a day.
