IKEA Älmhult AB is a new company within Inter IKEA Group with a unique role. It is a great opportunity to be contributing in building up the capabilities and organization of this new company. One important assignment is to support the positioning of “IKEA in Älmhult ¬” and the development of Älmhult as an attractive and great place to work, live and visit. IKEA Älmhult AB has two daughter companies, IKEA Property AB and IKEA Museum AB and the assignment as HR manager will be to support and work with all three companies in different ways.

The role of the HR Manager is to support building both competence and capacity as well as develop the HR strategy and approach for all three companies. Together with many stakeholders, you support work with Inter IKEA group units in Sweden around HR related topics. As HR Manager you ensure that business needs are translated into HR and competence strategies in the best possible way. 

In this role you also lead the Inter IKEA group HR Sweden forum and collaborate with many stakeholders on the Inter IKEA group Sweden agenda. You are HR representative in the advisory as well as legal board in IKEA Älmhult AB and in IKEA Property AB. The role includes a leadership of a HR Business Partner.

About you
You are senior and entrepreneurial with and deep understanding of organizational build-up and structures. You are an experienced HR & Competence professional with a broad network within IKEA. You are strategic and have the ability and motivation to collaborate in many different dimensions within the Inter IKEA group as well as with external stakeholders and have excellent communication skills. 

About the job
•    Be a partner in building the organisation and competence creating the right preconditions to succeed with the assignment of IKEA Älmhult AB and connected businesses (Property, Museum)
•    Lead the daily HR work for above mentioned areas
•    Lead the HR forum for Inter IKEA in Sweden and together with the 3 core businesses secure an aligned agenda
•    Ensure that the HR plan is implemented and anchored in the businesses
•    Lead and drive the HR agenda, ensuring innovative and inspiring solutions to function challenges
•    Actively work in partnership with business leaders to contribute to business performance, with focus on leadership and competence development whilst securing the HR basic processes
•    Be a good example of the IKEA values within and outside IKEA, and help to safeguard and promote the IKEA culture
You will be reporting to the MD of IKEA Älmhult AB, Pernilla Jonsson.
