About the assignment

As our Deputy EQR Development Manager you will lead the product requirement development both from a customer, legal, market and compliance perspective, for our range in BA (Business Area) Bedroom & Bathroom.

About the role

Your main focus will be to lead, motivate and develop our team of requirement engineering specialists. You will be responsible to secure the development of relevant customer and market requirements with the purpose to secure sellable and compliant products on all markets. Together with other stakeholders you will work to secure the development of relevant product design requirements, and be responsible to co-ordinate requirement changes being implemented in the BA. 

You will lead, secure and organise continuous documentation compliance work, and together with other BA leaders you will lead projects and activities related to better ways of working, processes and tools. You have the responsibility to secure that new and innovative solutions are meeting customer expectations, and organise that we can test and verify that they do. In addition you will also have the exciting task to act as a steering group member to matrix projects.

About you

To be successful in this role you have experience working in a leading position and you enjoy the technical innovation and business agenda. Ideally you have a university degree within engineering, or equivalent technical experience. You have a good understanding of product development from the technical perspective, preferably from the consumer goods sector. You have experience from working with customer and product requirements, quality improvements, compliance questions and design engineering.

You are result oriented, have a lot of energy and the desire to constantly find new ways to develop yourself and your team. You are also able to work in both strategic and operational dimensions. You are business minded and you have a simple and straightforward communication style which build credibility and trust. You are driven by a constant desire of renewal and you are able to act and drive in a changing environment.
