Job Description

As Business Navigator you will take a central role into driving IKEA Food towards the planned growth and in line with the Supply chain strategy.
You will navigate the growth of IKEA Food and steer the business towards sustained long term profitability. You will also be a tangible, fact-based business partner for IKEA Food supply chain teams driving business performance to reach set goals.

Among your assignments are:
• Responsible for establishing the governance principles on Supply chain, Quality and Sustainability specific KPIs.
• Set performance criteria, report regularly with relevant reporting and provide navigation support steering all involved people towards achieving results.
• Develop Supply Chain navigation and business partner with the Supply Chain team as well as the categories to optimize the performance of the lower part in the diamond.
• From a Business Navigation perspective support an effective relationship with IKEA Food wholesaler.
• Have a proactive approach to identify opportunities and risks and enabling/mitigating them.
• Contribute to business development projects connected to Sustainability, Quality and Supply chain by providing analysis, reports and relevant business insights in order to identify and act on potentials.
• Support by developing tools within the area of data collection and data analysis in Supply chain, Quality and Sustainability.

Qualifications

You come with a Business Navigation, controlling or finance background, through a relevant work experience and education. You have the ability to be a strategic business partner, to coach and challenge across topics, to set a direction and follow-up on it, as well as to lead projects and prioritize tasks. You also think ahead and understand the impact of decisions.

You are motivated by simplifying complex issues and you have the capability to navigate in the unknown. You are great in building partnerships based on trust, collaboration and support across functions and it´s clear that you live the IKEA values and nurture a strong and living IKEA culture. And of course you have a passion for Food!
