About the job
As the Product & Range Information Specialist at IKEA Food Services you are responsible to structure and standardize product range information on an operational and tactical level to enable high quality range decisions and support growth. You work with securing accurate and relevant product range information through the IKEA Food value chain and by that add value for customers, co-workers and suppliers.

About the assignment
In this role you:
• Maintain and govern the food range structure as well as Product & Range information related documentation.
• Solve Product & Range information related issues with support from stakeholders across IKEA.
• Govern, measure progress and performance of the Product & Range information for Food to enable that high quality range information is available and in line with the needs from all stakeholders in the value chain.
• Apply and align to IKEA ways of working with Product & Range information related processes and routines.
• Communicate relevant information to the right stakeholders at the right time.
• Support in range related activities like the DPOP processes, POD teams and other activities related to range management.

About you
We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of BA Food and food retailing together with an interest in structure and administration. You are great in creating clarity in a complex context and you have a strong drive to use communication as a tool to lead business and people forward. You are used to working with project management, how to establish ways of working, and how that is related to change. You have an understanding of the IKEA product development process, range management business rules and basic knowledge in business controlling.

The ability to lead your working area with pragmatism, decisiveness and a problem solving approach is obvious, as well as the skill to think ahead, plan and analyze. You are team-oriented and straight forward, having great networking skills. You are passionate about being part of a changing business based on values, contributing to a better everyday life for the many people, and you lead by example in everything you do. Fluent verbal and written English is a pre-requisite.
