Job Description
We are looking for a Learning Planner to join our team at the Learning Centre in Älmhult. If you have a strong interest in working with Learning in the IKEA business environment and have good knowledge and understanding of the IKEA concept and the IKEA values, keep on reading!
We believe that you have a strong interest in processes, tools, working methods and time planning. You are methodical, structured, detail oriented and able to work to fixed time plans.
You also need to have a high level of communication skills in English, both in written and spoken form. You have an analytic ability with a holistic perspective.

Qualifications
In this role your main responsibility is:
• Contribute in learning development projects to secure efficient delivery and execution.
• Lead the planning for each planned learning activity.
• In preparation phase, do preparation work for each learning activity based on learning calendar. This includes everything from planning and coordinating the operational need, publishing in My Learning to doing all necessary bookings.
• In execution phase, secure all needed material for the performance and take actions of the deviations from the original plan.
• In follow up phase, collect and evaluate feedback from participants and facilitators for each learning activity as well as collect and summarize costs.
