Inter IKEA Systems B.V. is the owner of the IKEA Concept and the worldwide IKEA franchisor with the
mission to safeguard the continuous success of the IKEA Concept worldwide. The customers of Inter IKEA Systems B.V. are the IKEA franchisees, all IKEA retailers. 

The IKEA Delft store is owned by Inter IKEA Systems B.V., where people are passionate and true ambassadors of the IKEA values, dedicated to serve and support our customers, IKEA retailers and our co-workers. Our new wished position in the IKEA world is that we want to be seen as a “Reference Store”.

I work together with my team as well as my colleagues in the IKEA Food management team from where I lead and manage the IKEA Swedish Food Market and IKEA Bistro to fulfil the purpose of our function by building business and people together. I ensure we contribute to creating a positive final impression for store visitors that both enhances Swedishness and gives them an appealing welcome back offer.
