About the Role
As HSEQ Manager, you will support the Head of HSEQ to drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Intellihub’s HSEQ systems and standards across Australia. You’ll lead operational delivery and system governance, working closely with internal teams, Field Service Providers and Retailer partners to manage risk and ensure compliance across office and field operations.

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and embed a strong HSEQ culture across office and field operations, setting clear expectations for safe, sustainable and quality performance.
• Provide strategic governance of HSEQ systems and technical standards, ensuring regulatory compliance and robust assurance outcomes.
• Lead the delivery of HSEQ capability, systems and performance reporting, including oversight of service provider compliance.
• Influence and partner with senior leaders, Retailers and service providers to drive consistent HSEQ outcomes across the value chain.
• Drive continuous improvement through risk‑based insights, expert technical guidance and operational leadership.
• Represent the HSEQ function at senior forums, providing clear, credible advice and leadership on HSEQ performance and risk.

About You

• Qualified electrical professional with strong technical capability across advanced metering and field operations.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in advanced metering, with exposure to renewables, solar, batteries or EV charging desirable.
• Solid understanding of HSEQ systems, WHS obligations and relevant electrical, metering, quality and environmental requirements.
• Practical, analytical problem‑solver with the ability to interpret data and apply risk‑based solutions.
• Clear communicator who works effectively with internal teams, service providers, Retailers and technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement and safe, high‑performing operations.
